⇒ x+y = 52 ............ (i)
আবার, x = 2y + 10 ............. (ii)
∴ (i) ⇒
2y + 10 + y = 52
⇒ 3y = 42
⇒ y = 14
∴ (ii) ⇒
x = 2 × 14 + 10
= 28 + 10
= 38
∴ ক্ষেত্রফল = 38 × 14 = 532
