Solution:
মোট Ball আছে = 8 + 7 + 6 = 21 টি

21 টি Ball এর ভেতর থেকে 1টি Ball randomly উঠালে যদি তা Red বা Green না হয়, তবে তা অবশ্যই Blue হবে।

ফলে ঐ 21 টি Ball হতে 1 টি Ball randomly pick করলে তা Blue হবার

Probability = 7/21 = \(\frac{1}{3}\) .
