Let original consumption = 100 units  And  original price = 100 taka  per unit.    Original expenditure = . (100 × 100) = 10000 taka    New expenditure = (120 × 80) =9600 Taka So ,decrease   in price = (10,000 -9600)/10,000 X 100 =4 %
