Sum of n numbers = nm2
∴ Sum of m and sum of n numbers = mn2 + nm2

Sum of n numbers = nm2
∴ Sum of m and sum of n numbers = mn2 + nm2
= mn(n + m)
∴ Average of (m + n) numbers = mn(n + m)/(m + n)
