Given expression is,
⇒ ?% of 280 + 18% of (2200 ÷ 4) = 143.8
⇒ ?% of 280 + 18% of 550 = 143.8
⇒ ?% of 280 + 99 = 143.8
⇒ ?% of 280 = 44.8
⇒ (?/100) × 280 = 44.8
⇒ (?/100) = 44.8/280
⇒ (?/100) = 0.16
⇒ ? = 16
