According to the law of partnership-
Ratio of profit of Ninad, Manav and Vikas
= (1 × 12) : (2 × 6) : (3 × 4)
= 1 : 1 : 1
∴ Manav's share \(= 45000 \times {\rm{\;}}\frac{1}{3} = Rs.15000\)
Hence, the required answer is Rs 15,000,
