ধরি, A কাজটি করে x দিনে ও B কাজটি করে 2x দিনে
A এবং B একত্রে 1 দিনে করে = ( 1/x + 1/2x ) অংশ কাজ
প্রশমতে, ( 1/x + 1/2x ) = 1/16 => 2+1/2x = 1/16
=> 3/2x = 1/16
=> 2x = 48
x = 48/2 = 24
অর্থাৎ A কাজটি একাকী করে 24 দিনে ।
ধরি, A কাজটি করে x দিনে ও B কাজটি করে 2x দিনে
