Let amount of money given to each son = a
Then amount of money given to each daughter = 2a
Amount of money given to wife = a – 300
According to the given condition,
⇒ (4 × a) + (3 × 2a) + (a – 300) = 9600
⇒ 11a = 9900
⇒ a = 900
Amount of money given to 3 daughters = 6a
= 6 × 900
= 5400
