Ratio of shares = Ratio of investments

Let the total profit be y

\(\begin{array}{l} \therefore \frac{4}{{4 + 5 + 6}} \times y = 3,000\\ \Rightarrow \frac{4}{{15}} \times y = 3,000 \end{array}\)
