 (x+4)= 9 

=> x + 4 = \( \pm \)3 

    x = -1 , -7 

 (y + 3) = 25 

=> y + 3 = \( \pm \)5

 \(\frac{y}{x}\) এর মানগুলো হলো \(\frac{2}{{ - 1}},\frac{{ - 8}}{{ - 1}},\frac{2}{{ - 7}},\frac{{ - 8}}{{ - 7}}\)
