He is comparatively better today.=better এবং comparatively একই অর্থ প্রকাশ করে। তাই একসাথে দুইটা ব্যবহার করা যাবেনা । comparatively উঠে যাবে ।
He has scarcely any money.= correct.
He speaks fluent than I.=than থাকায় বুঝা যায় sentence টি comparative sentence .তাই এখানে more fluently হবে এবং I এর পর can  হবে। অথবা I এর পরিবর্তে me  হবে।
