মনে করি, সংখ্যা তিনটি যথাক্রমে ক, ক + ৩ ও ক + ৪
∴ সমষ্টি = ক + ক + ৩ + ক + ৪
= ৩ক + ৭
এখানে, ক এর মান ৫ গুনীতক যেকোন সংখ্যা হতে পারে, অর্থাৎ ৫, ১০, ১৫, ২০... এর যেকোন একটি হবে
এখন,
ক = ৫ হলে,
৩ক + ৭ = ৩ × ৫ + ৭ = ২২
ক = ১০ হলে,
